What are the various dorms like at Cleveland State University.?

I'm trying to decide between living in a quad at Euclid Commons or on the Honors floor at Fenn. Anyone have experience with either of these. I'd like to be somewhere where I'd make friends and socialize, somewhere with a good community, but still somewhere I'd get some studying done. I'm not much into crazy parties, but I do want to have some fun.
