$119 good for a izzy dragoon mosin nagant?

from what i can see, and i'm far from an expert, seems pretty good to me. i have a 91/30, and i think you'll be very happy with it. i've been thinking of getting a c&r license myself, and i do believe that is basically how it works. if you're not home, then they will probably leave a notification that they were there, and when they will be back to try delivery again.
