Isabella or Izzabella? Dog Names Help!?

I have always liked it spelled Isabella. It looks so much prettier that way. Izzabella doesn't look right. I have a friend named Isabella and we just call her Izzy. No rule states that a name has to be Izzabella for the nickname to be Izzy. She is your dog anyways, stick up with what you like! I love Isabella spelled this way!
