Cat People, not cat "experts" please...?

Well my guess is since the mother hasn't been in touch with her first born, she doesn't remember her and feels unsafe around her. Maybe you should get the first born into the house and then put the mom and the first born in a cage but watch them because you don't know what might happen. But if you feel unsafe doing that, maybe ask a vet?
