Bearded dragon poop is orange and other questions?

I have two bearded dragons. Izzy is about 13 inches long head to tail and is 8 months old and Mojo is about 2 months old a little over 5 inches long head to tail. Lately Izzy has become very lazy, either sits on the basking rock or in a corner and doesn't do much else, and her poop is now orange and brown. Does anyone know if this is healthy or if something is wrong? She doesn't eat much (that I've seen) except a few crickets or a super worm every few days or so. I haven't seen her eat any of her veggies in awhile and was wondering if anyone knows if this alright or not. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get her to be more active too? Mojo just runs all over the place.
